About the Instructor

A native of Pocahontas County, West Virginia, Mr. Sizemore started training in 1993, earning his first degree black belt in 1997. After graduating from college, he moved to Colorado and became a student at Boulder Taekwon-Do under Mr. Jonas Pologe. While there, he achieved the rank of 3rd dan and competed extensively in tournaments, including winning  medals in USTF Nationals in 2005 and 2007.

Having returned to his birthplace, Mr. Sizemore is thrilled to have an opportunity to pass on his knowledge and experience to others.
