Won Hyo

Won Hyo is named after the noted monk who introduced Buddhism to the Silla Dynasty in the year 686 a.d.

1. Step with the left foot forming a right L-stance toward B while executing a twin block with the outer forearm.

2. Maintaining a right L-stance toward B, execute a high inward strike with the right knifehand while bringing the left side fist in front of the right shoulder.

3. Slipping the left foot to form a left fixed stance toward B, execute a middle front punch with the left forefist.

4. Bring the left foot to the right foot and then stepping out with the right foot, forming a left L-stance toward A while executing a twin block with the outer forearm.

5. Maintaining a left L-stance toward A, execute a high inward strike with the left knifehand while bringing the right side fist in front of the left shoulder.

6. Slip the right foot forming a right fixed stance toward A, execute a middle punch with the right forefist.

7. Bring the right foot to the left foot and then turn counter clockwise moving the left foot, while forming a right bending ready stance type-A toward D while executing a high guarding block with the outer forearm.

8. Execute a middle side piercing kick to D with the left foot while executing a high front punch with the forefist.

9. Lower the left foot forming a right L-stance toward D while executing a middle guarding block with a knifehand.

10. Step forward with the right foot forming a left L-stance toward D while executing a middle guarding block with a knifehand.

11. Step forward with the left foot forming a right L-stance toward D while executing a middle guarding block with a knifehand.

12. Step forward with the right foot forming a right walking stance toward D while executing a middle front thrust with the right straight fingertip, bringing the left back hand under the right elbow joint.

13. Turn counter clockwise moving the left foot to form a right L-stance toward E, while executing a twin block with the outer forearms.

14. Maintaining a right L-stance toward E, execute a high inward strike with the right knifehand while bringing the left side fist in front of the right shoulder.

15. Slip the left foot forming a left fixed stance toward E, execute a middle front punch with the left forefist.

16. Bring the left foot to the right foot and then step with the right foot forming a left L-stance toward F while executing a twin block with the outer forearm.

17. Maintaining a left L-stance toward F, execute a high inward strike with the left knifehand while bringing the right side fist in front of the left shoulder.

18. Slip the right foot forming a right fixed stance toward F, execute a middle front punch with the right forefist.

19. Bring the right foot to the left foot and then turn counter clockwise stepping with the left foot forming a left walking stance toward C while executing a middle circular block with the right inner forearm.

20. Execute a low front snap kick to C with the right foot, keeping the position of the hands as they were in move 19.

21. Lower the right foot forming a right walking stance toward C while executing a middle front punch with the left forefist.

22. Maintain a right walking stance toward C, execute a middle circular block with the left inner forearm.

23. Execute a low front snap kick to C with the left foot, keeping the position of the hands as they were in move 22.

24. Lower the left foot forming a left walking stance toward C while executing a middle front punch with the right forefist.

25. Moving the right foot, form a left bending ready stance type-A toward C while executing a high guarding block with the outer forearm.

26. Execute a middle side piercing kick to C with the right foot while executing a high front punch with the right forefist.

27. Lower the right foot on line CD and then run counter clockwise moving the left foot to form a right L-stance toward B, while executing a middle guarding block with the outer forearm.

28. Bring the left foot to the right foot and then step out with the right foot forming a left L-stance toward A while executing a middle guarding clock with the outer forearm.
